Job Description

Goodwork is recruiting for a Canadian-based holding company with businesses in recruiting, video production, and eCommerce.

About the Company

We're a Canadian business studio that builds and runs internet companies. Our mission: to grow, be well, and improve people's lives.

We operate three businesses: a recruiting agency placing talented talent from underemployed regions with global employers, a video production agency creating content for brands like Nutella and Pepsi, and an eCommerce store selling overhead filming equipment to creators.Β

Our clients range from Fortune 500 food brands like Nutella, Pepsi, and Instacart to growing startups across North America, Europe, and Australia, spanning recruitment, video production, and creator economy sectors.

We've placed 300+ professionals in remote roles and built a 1,000+ talent community entirely through referrals, produced high-stakes content for global brands, and become the go-to recommendation for overhead filming gear in creator communities. Our Founders are Canadian serial entrepreneurs each bringing nearly two decades of experience in tech startups, international development, and bootstrapping businesses in remote areas worldwide.

We're high-performing and demanding while caring for the whole person through wellness initiatives. We focus on improving systems, growing revenue, and increasing enterprise value without losing the human element.
