Job Description

As a Sales Executive in our company, your role will involve a variety of responsibilities to drive lead generation, sales, customer engagement, and relationship management. Here is a breakdown of what you can expect: - **Lead Generation & Business Development:** - Proactively identify potential leads through cold calling, networking, and market research. - Build a robust pipeline of customers and convert leads into sales opportunities. - Analyze the market to discover new business prospects and industry trends. - **Sales & Customer Engagement:** - Present and sell industrial automation products, such as coding and marking machines, sensors, encoders, and conveyors. - Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate products. - Negotiate pricing and contract terms to ensure profitability. - Conduct product demonstrations and offer technical support as necessary. - **Quotation & Documentation Management:** - Create and send quotations, proposals, and necessary documentation to clients. - Maintain records of inquiries, quotations, purchase orders, and contracts. - Follow up on purchase orders and ensure timely processing. - **Customer Relationship Management:** - Establish and nurture relationships with new and existing customers. - Provide post-sales support and address customer inquiries or issues. - Collaborate with internal teams for smooth order execution. - **Reporting & Coordination:** - Generate and submit sales reports, including sales plans, pipelines, orders, and follow-ups. - Regularly update management on sales performance and market insights. - **Team Collaboration & Target Achievement:** - Work closely with team members to achieve collective sales targets. - Participate in team meetings, share insights, and contribute to business growth initiatives. **Requirements:** - **Education:** Any Graduate / Post Graduate - **Experience:** 1 to 4 years in industrial field sales, preferably in industrial automation products. Freshers are also encouraged to apply. **Skills & Competencies:** - Fluent in English with excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.). - Ability to work both independently and in a team setting. - Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities. - Goal-oriented with a proactive sales approach. **Other Requirements:** - Must possess a two-wheeler with a valid driving license. - Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
