1. Sales Management & Target Achievement Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Develop and execute sales strategies for roofing sheets, ventilators, and structural products. Identify and build new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, and institutional sectors. Handle key accounts and major project inquiries personally. Ensure consistent follow-ups on quotations, client visits, and order closures. 2. Field Sales Monitoring Plan and assign daily/weekly field visits and review field activity reports. Monitor the daily call reports, GPS-tagged site visits, and client interactions submitted by field executives. Review team performance and field productivity on a regular basis. Conduct joint field visits to support team members and improve client engagement. Ensure compliance with company expense and reporting policies for field operations. 3. Marketing & Business Development Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns (digital & offline) to generate leads. Support branding activities, exhibitions, and trade shows to increase market visibility. Collaborate with the digital marketing team to track lead conversion and campaign performance. Prepare promotional content and product presentations for clients. 4. Team Leadership & Coordination Supervise and mentor sales executives, providing guidance on sales approach and customer handling. Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, challenges, and opportunities. Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth order execution and collection. Plan territory mapping and allocate sales targets region-wise. 5. Reporting & Analysis Submit weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, lead status, and team activity. Track receivables and ensure timely collection of payments. Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and pricing structures to suggest improvements. Maintain accurate records in CRM and update sales pipelines regularly. Qualifications & Experience: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Commerce / Marketing; MBA preferred. Experience: Minimum 5–8 years in industrial or building product sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
