Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Engineer role based in Pune. The Field Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, managing customer accounts, and generating sales to meet company targets. Daily tasks include delivering technical presentations, providing product demonstrations, and offering technical support related to roofing solutions. The role requires close collaboration with the technical, installation, and design teams to meet customer requirements and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Sales Engineering and Electrical Engineering fields
• Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management for meeting business development targets
• Experience in managing client relationships and performing Account Management effectively
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
• Knowledge in industrial and commercial roofing solutions or related sectors is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
