Technical Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical documents for applications created using Excel. Sales Data Management: Handle sales plans, customer master data, and NCR (Non-Conformance Report) calculations using advanced Excel functionalities. Sales Process Recording: Document both pre-sale and post-sale processes, ensuring transparency and accuracy. Order and : Manage the order process, create quotations, and use SAP/Oracle systems at an end-user level. Sales Quotation Preparation: Prepare sales quotations as per the requirements provided by sales officers. Order Finalization: Handle the punching and finalization of orders, including obtaining credit team approval, and validating prices and quantities for a smooth transition. Dispatch Planning: Ensure daily sharing of dispatch plans with the plant according to the sales priority list. Invoice Generation and CN Coordination: Generate invoices as per orders and coordinate with sales accounts for credit notes (CN). Adhoc Vehicle Queries: Address adhoc queries related to vehicle status for shipments. Unified Document Management: Maintain and manage all sales documents within a unified system. Order and Shipment Tracking: Manage and track sales orders, coordinate shipments, and maintain records of sales and the sales funnel.
