Role Overview: As the HR Manager at our organization in Kolhapur, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Your main duties will include managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, policy implementation, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations. This strategic role involves partnering with the management team to align the workforce with the organization's goals. Key Responsibilities: - Recruitment & Staffing: - Lead the recruitment process from creating job descriptions to conducting interviews. - Develop talent acquisition and retention strategies. - Oversee onboarding and orientation for new employees. - Employee Relations: - Act as the main point of contact for employee-related concerns and conflict resolution. - Foster a positive and inclusive work environment. - Manage employee engagement programs. - Performance Management: - Design and implement performance management systems. - Support managers in setting employee goals and conducting appraisals. - Provide coaching and guidance for professional development. - Training & Development: - Identify training needs and implement development programs. - Manage internal and external training sessions. - Promote continuous learning within the organization. - Policy Development & Compliance: - Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with regulations. - Advise management on policy matters and legal implications. - Manage updates to the employee handbook and policy communications. - Compensation & Benefits: - Administer compensation and benefits programs. - Manage employee benefits such as health insurance and retirement plans. - HR Analytics & Reporting: - Monitor HR metrics like turnover rates and employee satisfaction. - Use data to inform HR strategies and decisions. - Compliance & Safety: - Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment standards. - Oversee health and safety initiatives and manage workers" compensation claims. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). - At least 5 years of experience as an HR Manager. - In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and labor regulations. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to handle sensitive situations with professionalism. Note: This is a full-time position that requires you to work in person during day shifts. A Professional in Human Resources certification is required. Health insurance is one of the benefits offered.
