Job Title: HR Manager
CTC: ₹8,00,000 – ₹15,00,000 per annum
Age Limit: Below 40 years

Location : Calicut

Immediate joining Preferred

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to handle end-to-end human resources operations, recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy implementation. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and hands-on experience managing HR functions independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and engagement
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Maintain HR records, documentation, and statutory compliance
Coordinate attendance, leave, and payroll processes
Conduct performance evaluations and training programs
Support management in organisational development and HR strategy

Requirements:

Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Executive
Good knowledge of HR operations, HR laws, and best practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and lead HR functions
Proficiency in HR documentation and reporting
Age below 40 years
