Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Team Management

  • Lead and manage the HR team and oversee daily HR operations.
  • Ensure implementation of HR policies and process compliance.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage

    end-to-end recruitment

    for retail and corporate roles.
  • Conduct screening, interviews, onboarding, and induction.

Payroll & Compliance

  • Oversee

    accurate payroll processing

    and salary administration.
  • Ensure compliance with

    labour laws, PF, ESIC

    , and statutory requirements.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and HRMS updates.

Employee Documentation & Onboarding

  • Maintain complete HR documentation and employee files.
  • Handle employee onboarding, confirmation, and exit processes.
  • Maintain performance records, disciplinary actions, and related documentation.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare HR reports using

    MS Excel

    and create presentations using

    PowerPoint

    .
  • Coordinate with management, store teams, and external HR service partners.
