Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage business relationships with dealers, distributors, and contractors. Identify and onboard new clients to expand market reach. Conduct regular field visits to promote paint products and generate leads. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain strong after-sales relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share feedback with management. Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery. Required Skills and Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred). 4–5 years of proven experience in field sales , preferably in paints, coatings, or building materials . Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Application Question(s): Previously worked in Paint Industry?
