Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage business relationships with dealers, distributors, and contractors.
  • Identify and onboard new clients to expand market reach.
  • Conduct regular field visits to promote paint products and generate leads.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain strong after-sales relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing.
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share feedback with management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred).
  • 4–5 years of proven experience in field sales, preferably in paints, coatings, or building materials.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
