Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive (Female) to support our growth initiatives by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue generation. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to convert leads into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and creative) to align proposals with client requirements.
• Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Track sales pipelines, follow up on leads, and ensure timely closures.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM or tracking tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing, media, branding, IT services, or consulting industries.
