In this role, you will collaborate closely with leadership and hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire exceptional talent across data, AI, cloud, and software domains. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment and enjoys building strong professional networks. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical hiring requirements across multiple domains. Design and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for technical roles (data, AI/ML, cloud, software). Source, screen, and assess candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, AngelList, and other platforms. Conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical assessments. Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs. Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Track and report recruitment metrics and provide insights for process improvement. Required Skills and Experience 2–5 years of experience in technical recruitment (preferably in IT services, startups, or consulting). Strong understanding of technical roles such as Data Engineer, Data Scientist, Cloud Architect, Python Developer, and DevOps Engineer. Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, GitHub, or similar sourcing platforms. Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience hiring for analytics, AI/ML, or cloud technology roles. Knowledge of ATS tools (Zoho Recruit, Workable, or Greenhouse). Understanding of employer branding and digital hiring trends.
