Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation & Outreach Make outbound calls to companies, HR teams, and decision-makers to introduce iBeing’s services. Conduct follow-ups via calls, emails, and messages to maintain active engagement. Identify potential business sectors and organisations suitable for mental wellness collaborations. 2. Business Planning & Strategy Assist in creating strategic business plans to drive growth for iBeing. Research market trends, competitor offerings, and sector needs to refine business direction. Support in setting quarterly and annual BD targets. 3. Deal Formulation & Negotiation Prepare customised proposals, pricing packages, and deal plans for potential clients. Participate in negotiations with companies to close contracts and partnerships. Draft agreements in coordination with internal teams. 4. Client Account Management Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure high satisfaction and retention. Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients (excluding counselling needs). Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of wellness programs. 5. Presentation & Communication Conduct presentations, demos, and introductory sessions to showcase iBeing’s offerings. Create pitch decks, business emails, and partnership communication materials. 6. Collaboration & Reporting Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to support campaigns and service delivery. Maintain accurate documentation of leads, conversions, and account status. Prepare weekly and monthly BD reports. 7. Administrative & Support Tasks Support event planning, webinars, workshops, and corporate engagements. Assist in identifying new verticals, products, or service opportunities to expand iBeing’s portfolio. Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
