Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and online platforms
• Understand client requirements and present company products/services effectively
• Maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
• Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and follow-ups
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain CRM records and sales reports
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduation in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
• Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities
• Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, and business development
• Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools is a plus
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
