Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Admission Officer to manage walk-in enquiries, student counselling, and the overall admission process. The ideal candidate should be energetic, customer-focused, and confident in interacting with students and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle walk-in enquiries and provide counselling support
• Explain courses, admission procedures, fee details, and policies
• Assist in documentation, form filling, and application processing
• Maintain admission records, daily reports, and follow-up lists
• Coordinate with academic, finance, and administrative teams
• Support promotional or marketing activities when required

Requirements:

• Experience in admissions, counselling, front-office, or customer service preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal and organisational abilities
• Basic computer proficiency
• Age below 33 years
