Lead Generation & Business Development: o Proactively identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research. o Develop a strong pipeline of potential customers and convert leads into sales opportunities. o Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and industry trends. 2. Sales & Customer Engagement: o Present, promote, and sell industrial automation products, including coding and marking machines (CIJ, TTO, TIJ, Laser Printers), sensors, encoders, and conveyors. o Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions. o Negotiate pricing and contract terms while ensuring profitability. o Provide product demonstrations and technical support to customers as needed. 3. Quotation & Documentation Management: o Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and relevant documentation to customers. o Maintain records of inquiries, quotations, purchase orders, and contracts. 4. Order Processing & Payment Follow-up: o Follow up with customers regarding purchase orders and ensure timely processing. o Track payments and ensure on-time recovery as per agreed terms. 5. Customer Relationship Management: o Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. o Provide post-sales support and address customer inquiries or concerns. o Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution. 6.
