The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the human resources (HR) strategy and functions within the organization. This includes driving organizational effectiveness, leadership development, employee engagement, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, compliance, and the overall employee experience. The CHRO is a key member of the executive team, aligning HR strategy with the company’s business goals and ensuring that human capital contributes to the success and growth of the organization. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the CEO an executive team to set the strategic direction for HR initiatives that align with the company’s business objectives. Develop and execute HR strategies that foster a high-performance culture and support business growth. Serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team in shaping organizational culture, values, and employee engagement. Talent Management & Organizational Development: Design and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent and ensure alignment with the company’s needs. Lead employer branding efforts, including recruitment marketing, to attract top talent and establish our organization as an employer of choice. Evaluate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Oversee leadership development programs, succession planning, and talent retention strategies to ensure a strong pipeline of future leaders. Employee Engagement & Experience: Foster positive work environment that promotes employee engagement, well-being, and satisfaction. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to create an inclusive and respectful work environment. Performance Management: Oversee the development and implementation of performance management systems to ensure that employees are aligned with organizational goals. Ensure effective coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback processes across the organization. Compensation and Benefits: Lead the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent. Ensure compensation structures are aligned with market trends, organizational goals, and employee needs. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local employment laws and regulations. Regularly review and update company policies and practices in accordance with changes in labor laws. HR Technology and Analytics: Oversee the implementation and utilization of HR technology systems to streamline HR processes and enhance data-driven decision-making. Utilize HR analytics to measure key metrics related to performance, engagement, turnover, and other critical HR functions. Talent Acquisition : Align Talent Strategies with Business Goals Elevate Employer Branding Implement Data Driven Recruitment Strengthen TA Capabilities Key Requirements At least 18+ years of progressive experience in HR, with a minimum of 7-10 years in a senior leadership role, VP of HR, or CHRO in Global company Proven track record of success in leading HR functions in a fast-paced organization. Strong expertise in HR strategy, talent management, employee relations, compensation, benefits, leadership coaching and organizational development. Exceptional leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and drive positive change across the organization. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent are a plus. Show more Show less
