Job Description

As the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at StudyMEDIC, you will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction and operational effectiveness of the HR function. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with the organization's business goals. Your proactive and results-oriented approach, coupled with a deep understanding of employment law and best practices, will be essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement the overall HR strategy in alignment with the organization's business objectives. - Lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing HR team to foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Oversee all aspects of talent acquisition, including recruitment, onboarding, and talent management. - Implement performance management systems and processes to drive employee development. - Manage employee relations to ensure a fair and inclusive workplace. - Design and implement compensation and benefits programs. - Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. - Effectively manage the HR budget and allocate resources. - Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills. - Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization. - Provide strategic HR advice to the executive team and senior leaders. - Evaluate HR technology and implement process improvements. - Oversee HR data analytics and reporting to drive informed decision-making. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - Master's degree in HR, MSW, business administration, or organizational psychology preferred. - Minimum of 10 years" experience in a senior HR leadership role, ideally as a CHRO or equivalent. - SPHR, SHRM-SCP qualified or equivalent professional senior-level qualification. - Proven track record of success in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results. - Deep understanding of employment law and best practices in HR. - Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Strategic thinker with innovative problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in managing budgets, resources, HRMS systems, and data analytics. - Solid grasp of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles. - Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
