Job Summary: Altudo is hiring B.E./B.Tech / MTech (Computers & Electronics)/MCA for multiple roles in our delivery team - Sitecore development, Frontend development, Testing, Business analysis etc. She/he will be working primarily out of Gurgaon office. Desired Skills & Qualifications Academic Performance: B.E./B.Tech / MTech (Computers & Electronics)/MCA with a minimum of 70% or 7.4 CGPA throughout (including Class X and XII). Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) principles Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus Proficiency in C++ or C# is preferred Exposure to at least one of the following tech stacks: Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript Backend: PHP, MySQL Full-stack Framework: Ruby on Rails Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong logical reasoning and analytical thinking Self-driven, well-organized, and effective at time management Co-curricular Involvement: Active participation in technical events, clubs, or competitions is an added advantage Responsibility Learn and apply software development concepts through structured onboarding and mentorship programs. Data-driven mindset with the ability to clearly articulate business value. Exceptional cross-functional leader and collaborator.
