Altudo is seeking a Senior AI Developer with deep expertise in Generative AI and Agentic AI architectures to join our growing AI & Innovation team. This role is crucial in driving the development of advanced AI-based solutions, including AI agents, RAG pipelines, and LLM-powered workflows. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience in building enterprise-grade GenAI systems, with proficiency in Microsoft Azure AI services and large language model integration. You will work closely with architects, product teams, and business stakeholders to convert cutting-edge AI ideas into scalable, secure, and high-performing applications that power exceptional customer experiences. . Role: Senior AI developer Location: Gurgaon/Noida What will you do: Develop and optimize RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) systems with grounding in enterprise data Build and orchestrate multi-agent AI systems to solve complex business tasks Implement intelligent agents using frameworks like LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or CrewAI Integrate OpenAI models (GPT-4, GPT-3.5), Azure OpenAI, or similar LLMs into enterprise workflows Build prompt pipelines, vector search, memory chaining, and context-aware reasoning workflows Collaborate with frontend/backend teams to ensure seamless integration of GenAI APIs Own code quality, reusability, and performance standards for AI components Translate business requirements into scalable AI models and data flows Co-create accelerators, POCs, and IP-driven solutions in collaboration with product and strategy teams Contribute to internal GenAI best practices, reusable modules, and documentation Ensure AI solutions comply with data governance, security, and privacy standards Optimize LLM cost-performance trade-offs and manage lifecycle deployment on Azure Who you are: 4+ years of experience in software development, with 1-2 years focused on AI/ML or GenAI Deep expertise in Python and at least one GenAI stack (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, LlamaIndex) Hands-on experience with Azure AI ecosystem (Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Search, Azure ML, Vector DBs) Strong knowledge of LLM architecture, prompt engineering, embeddings, and RAG design Proven ability to translate use cases into scalable AI solutions Experience working with RESTful APIs, cloud-native services, and CI/CD pipelines Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience building AI copilots or assistants Familiarity with tools like Pinecone, Deviate, or Qdrant for vector search Contributions to open-source AI projects or communities is a plus What’s in it for you Build industry-defining solutions at the intersection of AI and customer experience Get early exposure to innovation programs and strategic AI product development Work with a dynamic global team pushing the frontier of LLM and Agentic AI adoption Fast-track career opportunities and mentorship from leaders in AI, architecture, and CX Be part of a high-visibility, high-impact initiative inside a rapidly growing organization About Altudo: Altudo is an award-winning customer experience consulting firm with a global presence across the US, Canada, and South America.
