Compliance & Policies: Ensure adherence to labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies during recruitment. Manage background verification (BGV) processes and documentation for new hires. Develop and implement policies to improve hiring efficiency and reduce attrition rates. What Were Looking For: 10+ years of HR experience in the BPO industry with a strong focus on mass hiring. Must be currently in a Managerial role handling bulk hiring for BPO/ITES. Proven track record of scaling recruitment operations in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Strong experience in stakeholder management and team leadership. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills in hiring. Familiarity with HR software, ATS, job portals, and recruitment automation tools. Strong communication, negotiation, and people management skills. Ability to handle large-scale recruitment campaigns.
