Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions across multiple industries.
Understand client requirements and draft clear, effective job descriptions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
Screen, shortlist, and schedule candidates for interviews.
Coordinate with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring timely closures.

Requirements:

1 to 4 years of proven experience in Non-IT recruitment (mandatory).
Strong sourcing and screening skills across multiple channels.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Must be based in Gurgaon or nearby areas.
Willingness to work from office.
