Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and driven Non-IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. If you have a knack for identifying the right talent and thrive in a fast-paced recruitment environment, wed love to connect with you. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles in BFSI , IVD & Medical Devices , and Engineering & Construction domains. Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, headhunting, referrals, and networking. Screen resumes, assess candidates skills and fitment, and schedule interviews. Coordinate with clients to understand job requirements, build relationships, and provide regular updates. Maintain candidate databases and track progress using recruitment tools or ATS. Ensure a seamless candidate experience and strong post-offer engagement. Client management and client handling Desired Candidate Profile: 1 to 4 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment (experience in BFSI or Engineering/Construction/Medical hiring is a strong plus). Proven ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team-driven environment.
