Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Ensure uninterrupted operation of dehumidifiers and other utility systems.
Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all utility equipment.
Identify opportunities for energy savings and implement energy efficiency initiatives.
Maintain accurate documentation for audits, safety compliance, and standard operating procedures.
Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth plant operations.
Collaborate with Korean counterparts for reporting, data sharing, and implementation of best practices.
Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of DG sets, HVAC systems, electrical panels, and plant-wide electrical and pneumatic systems.
Maintain equipment history cards and generate service reports.
Monitor, record, and analyze energy consumption data (electricity, air, water).
Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions for identified hazards.

Key Skills and Competencies

Strong knowledge of utility systems and maintenance practices.
Solid understanding of electrical systems and panel operations.
Familiarity with energy monitoring and reporting tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and basic data analysis tools.
