Responsible for carrying out jobs as per schedule by proper utilization of manpower Responsible for consumable stock checking/ monitoring & intimate to Superiors. Responsible for second line development Guide the department on implementation of QESH & RC system. Records and analysis of non-conformities, initiate corrective action / guide on implementation of corrective / preventive actions. Responsible for maintaining legal compliance Arrange for necessary training. Implementation of operational controls as per requirement of the operation / activity To participate in Root Cause Analysis of Various safety and process safety incidents, Monitor and ensure implementation of CAPA (Corrective Actions & Preventive Actions) To Support Various Process safety and Responsible Care Initiatives Report any near miss/ incident or any non-compliance Ensure 100% safety is followed to achieve zero accidents Responsible to implement any assignment other than the above given by seniors Required Knowledge (of any equipment / Tools and techniques / Software) Identification of Critical Equipments & Hazardous Chemical Lines. Identification of Colour Codes for Piping as per ISO Standards. Knowledge of Tools & Tackles required for Maintenance. Knowledge of Safety Permits. Expertise in MSGL Equipments. Expertise in all Rotary & Stationary Equipments. Expertise in Graphite Equipments. Software Knowledge as per Company use. Adequate Knowledge in Metallurgy.
