Location:

Experience:

handling end-to-end recruitment delivery while collaborating closely with stakeholders and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and deliver end-to-end volume hiring

Drive bulk / mass hiring for international voice processes

Handle sourcing, screening, coordination, offer rollouts, and onboarding support

Deliver hiring targets within tight TATs and quality benchmarks

Work as an individual contributor

Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and hiring reports

Partner with stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities

Desired Candidate Profile:

2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Volume Hiring

Proven experience hiring 200+ positions simultaneously

Strong experience in international /Domestic voice process hiring

Candidates with international voice hiring experience will be preferred

Excellent stakeholder coordination and communication skills

Experience working in BPO / Contact Center / Shared Services environments preferred

Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure hiring environments
