Role & responsibilities

  • Assist in End-to-End Recruitment Execution:

Support the recruitment process by handling various activities including sourcing potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and referrals; conducting initial screenings to assess qualifications and cultural fit; scheduling and coordinating interviews with internal stakeholders; maintaining regular follow-ups with interviewers and candidates; and facilitating a smooth offer rollout process, ensuring alignment with company policies and compensation guidelines.

  • Maintain Candidate Engagement:

Ensure continuous and transparent communication with candidates at every stage of the hiring process to provide timely updates, set expectations, address queries, and create a positive candidate experience that enhances the organizations employer brand.

  • Coordinate Pre-Joining Formalities:

Manage all pre-employment activities such as background verification, collection and validation of required documents (ID proofs, educational qualifications, previous employment records, etc.), and ensure compliance with internal onboarding protocols.

  • Facilitate Seamless Onboarding:

Collaborate with internal teams (IT, Admin, Finance, etc.) to ensure all resources and system access are in place for new hires. Guide new employees through orientation programs, introduce them to company culture and policies, and ensure a smooth handover to their respective departments.

  • Support Manpower Planning:

Assist the management and HR leadership in workforce planning by analyzing current staffing needs, forecasting future manpower requirements based on business objectives, and providing data-driven insights for decision-making.

  • Track Hiring Progress:

Monitor and maintain records of ongoing hiring activities against the approved manpower budget and headcount plans. Ensure timely reporting of open, filled, and in-progress positions to relevant stakeholders.

  • Maintain Recruitment Budget Tracker:

Update and manage recruitment expense trackers regularly, recording vendor invoices, referral payouts, advertising costs, and other hiring-related expenditures to ensure budget transparency and accountability.

  • Ensure Budget Compliance:

Monitor HR and recruitment activities to ensure they are executed within the allocated financial budgets, raise alerts in case of deviations, and recommend cost-optimization strategies when needed.

Periodically assist in reviewing, drafting, and updating job descriptions in collaboration with department heads to ensure they accurately reflect the current roles, responsibilities, and required competencies.

  • Support Organizational Design Changes:

Assist in the implementation of structural changes within the organization, including updating organizational charts, modifying reporting hierarchies, and coordinating communication and documentation in case of team restructuring, mergers, or role transitions.
