Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Act as primary HR partner for all hiring requirements across different business units.
Drive end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer management.
Partner with business to understand current and future manpower needs.
Ensure adherence to hiring timelines.
Source potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms as well as print media
posters, when required.
Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed.

Preferred candidate profile

Post-Graduation ( specialisation in Human Resource is preferable)
Experience in recruitment for Retail Assets products.
Comfortable with travelling as and when required.
