Role Summary

Senior Manager Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute
talent acquisition strategies
aligned with business goals
Lead, mentor, and performance-manage a team of recruiters
Oversee
end-to-end hiring
across multiple functions, including
leadership and niche roles
Partner with business leaders on
workforce planning, role scoping, and hiring decisions
Build and maintain strong
talent pipelines
using diverse sourcing channels
Drive
recruitment process excellence
, SLA adherence, and compliance
Lead
TA reporting, dashboards, and data-driven insights
Manage recruitment vendors and support employer branding initiatives

Ideal Candidate Profile

812 years of experience in
Talent Acquisition
, with 3–5 years in a
people leadership role
Proven experience managing
high-volume, niche, and leadership hiring
Strong understanding of
recruitment strategies, tools, and market trends
Experience building and scaling TA teams in fast-paced environments
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
Hands-on experience with
ATS platforms and recruitment analytics
