Senior Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle

  end-to-end recruitment

  across mid to senior-level roles.
• Identify hiring needs, prepare job descriptions, and manage recruitment planning.
  
• Source candidates through

  Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and referrals

  .
• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable profiles.
  
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth selection process.
  
• Manage candidate pipeline, salary negotiations, and offer roll-out.
  
• Maintain recruitment dashboards and daily/weekly reports.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  
• Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  
• Handle onboarding coordination for selected candidates.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate / Post Graduate (MBA HR preferred).
  
• 36 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
  
• Strong expertise in

  bulk hiring, mid-level hiring, and niche role hiring

  .
• Excellent sourcing skills using multiple platforms.
  
• Strong communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and meet aggressive hiring targets.
  
• Good understanding of HR processes and recruitment metrics.
