Job Description

Senior Talent Acquisition Manager


Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans and strategies.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels and offline methods.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' technical qualifications, cultural Fitment, and interest in the role as well as Organization.
  • Facilitate the interview process, including conducting interviews and gathering feedback from interviewers.
  • Manage and update hiring process communications and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Timely update and share hiring reports with Head Culture and People Operations and Leadership.
  • Extending job offers to shortlist candidates and negotiate terms of employment as needed.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, recruitment best practices, and innovative sourcing techniques to continuously improve recruitment strategies.


Key Skills Required:

  • Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Should have experience in leading and managing a TA (Talent Acquisition) team of 3–4 recruiters.

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully recruiting for various

    IT and Non- IT positions

    .
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools, including social media, Boolean searches, and networking.
  • Must be proficient in preparing recruitment reports and dashboards, with a strong focus on target achievement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and overcome recruitment challenges.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with candidates, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Should be capable of handling requisition planning.
  • Should possess good networking and coordination skills with external recruitment consultants and agencies.


Working Days : 2nd and 4th Saturdays Off
