Job Description

Objectives

  • Provide input to ensure that teams consist of diverse, qualified individuals
  • Ensure that staffing needs are being met with a long-term strategy in mind
  • Devise and implement sourcing strategies, such as an employer branding initiative, to build pipelines of potential applicants
  • Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates
  • Form close relationships with senior reporting manager to ensure clear expectations for candidates and interviewers

Role & responsibilities

  • Coordinate with CHRO to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
  • Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks for quality people
  • Works inline with and exceeding expectations of the stakeholders
  • Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the best fit requirements for each position and brings the candidates as per organizational cultural fit.
  • Ascertain and match the best fitment for organizational current and future needs.
  • Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by deeply analyzing and assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references
  • Formulate and implement best fit strategies to build a strong candidate pipeline
  • Maintain a formal and appropriate records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders

Preferred candidate profile

  • 12-15 years of experience in a talent acquisition mandatory with reputed national level real estate group
  • Expertise in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Expertise with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
  • Expertise in using LinkedIn and other Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates and building candidates pipelines
  • Expertise in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • MBA in Human Resources management
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems,
  • Familiarity with SAP HCM Systems would be a plus
