Your strong sourcing skills and focus on positive candidate experiences will be key to excelling in full-cycle recruiting. **Key Responsibilities:** - Implement recruitment processes and systems smoothly to facilitate hiring at the bank. - Drive talent acquisition channel strategy, emphasizing low-cost hiring channels and reducing average cost per hire. - Provide end-to-end recruitment services within aggressive timelines, building a talent pipeline to achieve hiring targets. - Ensure SLAs and TAT are met, participating in channel strategy for optimizing hiring channels. - Utilize social and professional networking sites to identify potential candidates. - Establish a brand value to attract top talent from the market. - Prioritize recruitment needs based on business criticality. - Communicate progress on job vacancies regularly and offer advice to close positions within SLAs. - Manage recruitment budgets and resourcing costs effectively. - Monitor key ratios such as TAT, joining ratio, IJP movement, cost per hire, and attrition. **Qualification Required:** - Graduation in Bachelors in Engineering, Technology, Maths, Commerce, Arts, Science, Biology, Business, Computers, or Management. - Post-graduation in MBA - Human Resources. - 5-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment. This role will require you to be proactive, strategic, and attentive to details to successfully meet the hiring needs of the organization. Your ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates will be essential in attracting and retaining top talent for the company.,
