Key Responsibilities: Generate new business opportunities by identifying, qualifying, and closing clients looking for CXO-level and leadership hiring solutions in the U.S. Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers (CHROs, Talent Heads, CXOs) at mid to large enterprises. Understand client requirements deeply and pitch customized executive search services. Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure successful onboarding and client satisfaction. Preferred (Good to Have): Existing client relationships in the U.S. enterprise segment. Experience working in or with top-tier executive search firms.
