Join our team in Noida, Sector-63, as part of our End-to-End Recruitment team. This role provides exposure to the complete hiring lifecycle along with strong learning, growth, and incentive opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media platforms, and referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic assessments
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Manage the entire recruitment cycle including offer negotiation, joining formalities, and onboarding
Maintain and update the candidate database and track hiring metrics
Provide regular reports on recruitment status

Skills Required

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Excel )
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Willingness to learn recruitment tools and processes
