Collaborate with Managers: Understand specific staffing needs and job requirements for non-technical departments. Sourcing: Find candidates using job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.), social media, referrals, and networking. Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidate fit. Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Offer & Onboarding: Extend offers, negotiate, conduct background checks, and facilitate onboarding. Candidate Experience: Maintain communication, provide feedback, and ensure a positive process. ATS Management: Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System. Strategy: Develop recruitment strategies and build talent pipelines for future needs.
