Role & responsibilities

Handle complete recruitment life cycle for leadership and niche roles across non-IT industries.

Conduct industry mapping, talent mapping, and competitor analysis.

Evaluate candidate fitment through structured interviews and competency assessments.
Present shortlisted candidate profiles with detailed assessments to clients.

Develop and execute account strategies to meet revenue and business targets.
Prepare proposals, commercial agreements, and pricing strategies.
Identify potential new clients and participate in client acquisition activities.
