Screen profiles based on job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct basic telephonic screening to evaluate communication, interest, notice period, and expected salary.
Schedule HR and technical interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Share interview reminders, follow-up emails, and maintain interview trackers.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Assist in promoting openings on social media and internal channels.
Coordinate pre-joining formalities and support onboarding activities when needed.
A proactive and reliable individual with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and someone who shows a strong willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks. The ideal candidate should have basic domain knowledge and excellent communication skills.
