Role & responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will provide crucial support to our Talent Acquisition team across all recruitment processes, including:
• Job Posting: Assisting with posting job openings on various recruitment websites.• Candidate Communication: Contacting candidates for various stages of the recruitment process.• Candidate Experience: Welcoming candidates and ensuring a positive experience.• Assessment Coordination: Arranging and coordinating tests for candidates.• Interview Scheduling: Scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.• Data Management: Performing accurate data entry related to recruitment activities.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Students pursuing BBA, MBA (HR), or any relevant degree program.
  • Strong interest in HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and documentation.
  • Good interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle basic administrative tasks.
  • Open to an unpaid & WFO internship to gain practical experience and industry exposure.
