Job Description

What youll be doing? We are looking for an experienced and visionary Marketing Head who will be responsible for leading the marketing function across all Jiva business verticals . You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, brand growth, and revenue generation . This role requires close collaboration with business leaders and direct reporting to the CEO. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Marketing & Demand Generation Translate business objectives into targeted marketing strategies and campaigns. Drive measurable impact on both brand metrics (awareness, consideration) and business goals (lead generation, footfall). Develop and optimize new channels for sustainable growth. Own nd drive demand generation initiatives for both products and services. Growth Marketing & Performance Lead growth marketing experiments to identify and scale high-performing strategies. Analyze performance data and convert insights into actionable growth recommendations. Manage acquisition channels including paid media, SEO, display, affiliate, and influencer marketing. Drive cross-selling and remarketing initiatives across all Jiva verticals. Go-To-Market (GTM) & Sales Collaboration Partner with business heads to plan and execute GTM strategies for new products and markets. Work with the Sales Centre to manage and optimize the customer acquisition funnel and conversion rates. Branding & Communication Act as the brand custodian—defining and reinforcing brand architecture, perception, and tone. Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints including packaging, digital, and print. Develop and execute unified communication plans in line with brand values. Content, Thought Leadership & Social Media Lead content strategy to strengthen brand awareness and drive top-of-the-funnel engagement. Build and manage social media communities and engagement metrics. Use content to educate, inspire, and create loyal brand advocates. Public Relations & Market Research Oversee PR efforts to enhance visibility and credibility. Stay updated with market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy. Budget & Resource Management Plan and manage marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective execution and high ROI. Guide and mentor a high-performing marketing team across various functions. Desired Skills/Experience: Full-time MBA 12–15 years of progressive marketing experience Proven track record in strategy, execution, and ROI-driven marketing Strong analytical orientation with expertise in data-driven decision-making Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills A creative, entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and the ability to multitask Experience in leading both offline (ATL/BTL) and digital marketing campaigns
