About the Role:

Leadership Hiring professional

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Talent Planning:

    Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to define leadership hiring needs, create workforce plans, and build a leadership talent pipeline aligned with organizational goals.
  • Leadership Hiring Execution:

    Lead end-to-end executive search processes

    (CXO, VP, Director levels) across

    Technology, Engineering, Product, Finance, Operations, and other key functions.
  • Stakeholder Management:

    Act as a trusted advisor to senior management, providing insights on talent availability, market trends, and compensation benchmarks.
  • Sourcing & Market Intelligence:

    Leverage professional networks, industry connects, and research tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, portals, headhunting, market mapping) to identify top leadership talent.
  • Employer Branding:

    Collaborate with the marketing and HR teams to position the organization as an employer of choice for senior leadership talent.
  • Data & Analytics:

    Track hiring metrics, provide regular dashboards to leadership, and drive improvements in time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate experience.
  • Team Leadership:

    Mentor and manage a small team of senior recruiters, ensuring consistent delivery, capability building, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong expertise in

    CXO / Leadership hiring

    across Technology, Product, Engineering, and Corporate functions.
  • Proven ability to

    headhunt and engage

    with senior executives.
  • Deep understanding of

    talent markets, compensation trends, and organizational structures.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills.

Qualifications:

  • Masters or Bachelors degree in HR / Management or related field.
  • 1520 years of experience in

    Leadership / Executive Hiring

    , preferably in technology-driven or large-scale organizations.
  • Proven track record of closing senior-level roles across diverse domains.
