Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Identify talent gaps and create proactive sourcing plans to build a strong pipeline.
End-to-End Recruitment:
- Oversee recruitment for key positions including leadership roles and specialized functions.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
Team Leadership Development:
- Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruitment team.
- Set clear performance metrics and monitor team KPIs.
Employer Branding Outreach:
- Promote the company as an employer of choice through branding initiatives.
- Build relationships with educational institutions, industry forums, and professional networks.
Stakeholder Management:
- Partner with business leaders and HR teams to understand workforce needs.
- Provide recruitment insights, trends, and recommendations to leadership.
Process Compliance:
- Optimize recruitment processes, leveraging technology and analytics.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, diversity initiatives, and internal policies.
Metrics Reporting:
- Track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and cost-per-hire.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management.
