Senior Manager Talent Acquisition

We are looking for a plant-embedded, hands-on Talent Acquisition leader to drive hiring for our Manufacturing operations, based at our Ambernath plant.
Role Impact (What you will own):• Lead and close critical & senior manufacturing hires, partnering closely with HR, Admin, plant leadership, and key business stakeholdersBuild & Enable:• Strengthen the TA function on-ground by mentoring team members and designing early-career hiring pipelines for freshers, trainees, and shopfloor talentImprove & Scale:• Identify and remove hiring bottlenecks to improve speed, quality, compliance, and predictability in plant hiringWhat this role demands:• 6 days working from office – plant-based role• Ownership of critical & senior manufacturing hiring• Early-career hiring strategy for manufacturing units• Strong collaboration with HR, Admin, and plant stakeholders• Ability to identify hiring bottlenecks and drive practical solutions• Hands-on execution with the ability to coach and support the TA team• Flexibility to travel across manufacturing locations in India• Strong preference for experience in manufacturing / plant hiring environmentsWho will thrive here:A TA professional who leads with passion, ownership, and integrity, thrives in plant-driven, compliance-oriented environments, stays close to operations, collaborates effectively with multiple stakeholders, and balances immediate hiring priorities with long-term, sustainable manufacturing talent pipelines.
