Job Location- Chandivali, Mumbai. Must be comfortable to travel to Airoli & Ghansoli location.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the recruitment team
• Oversee the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Utilize various sourcing methods to attract a diverse talent pool
• Conduct interviews and guide selection processes
• Analyze recruitment metrics and optimize processes accordingly
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations
• Provide training and support to recruitment team members
• Collaborate with HR and other departments on workforce planning

Qualifications

• BPO bulk hiring experience is a mandate
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 12 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Proven experience in a managerial role for 5 years for bulk hiring team
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and talent market trends
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
