1. Recruitment Strategy & Planning

·       Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business growth.

·       Forecast hiring needs and create annual/quarterly recruitment plans.

·       Optimize sourcing channels to ensure timely availability of qualified candidates.

2. Team Leadership & Management

·       Lead, guide, and mentor the recruitment team.

·       Allocate requisitions and monitor daily performance.

·       Conduct training for recruiters on sourcing, interviewing, and candidate management.

3. Talent Sourcing & Acquisition

·       Manage full lifecycle hiring job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and selection.

·       Use multiple sourcing channels (job portals, social media, references, campus hiring).

·       Ensure diversity hiring and efficient talent pipeline creation.
