Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Support sourcing of candidates via job boards, social media, databases, and referrals
Assist in screening, evaluating resumes, and shortlisting profiles based on job specifications
Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain candidate communication
Work on multiple mandates across regions including the US, Europe, and APAC
Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data hygiene
Assist in market mapping, proactive talent pooling, and recruitment research
Collaborate with delivery leads to understand client expectations and timelines
Contribute to outreach efforts for campus hiring and internal talent branding
Lead and guide junior recruiters on sourcing, screening, and day-to-day recruitment tasks
Assign responsibilities, review team output, and ensure timely delivery of all mandates
Provide training, performance feedback, and process support to the recruitment team
Ensure team adherence to quality standards, ATS discipline, and recruitment best practices

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business, Management, or related fields
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
5 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable using MS Office tools and basic digital platforms
Interest in global markets and cross-border recruitment dynamics
Self-driven, proactive, and highly adaptable attitude
