Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate leads through market research, LinkedIn, cold outreach, and campaigns
Assist in creating proposals, pitch decks, and client communication documents
Maintain and update CRM systems with lead and client activity
Support the BD team in arranging virtual/in-person meetings and follow-ups
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partner networks
Collaborate with the delivery team to understand service offerings and customize pitches
Participate in outreach campaigns aimed at enhancing Worldhire's brand visibility

What We are Looking For:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related fields
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Eagerness to learn about international markets and B2B sales
Confidence in making outreach calls and sending professional emails
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office, LinkedIn, and basic CRM tools
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
