Business Development Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to support the companys growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, field visits, and networking.
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product/service solutions.
  
• Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
  
• Follow up with clients for orders, payments, and account management.
  
• Maintain regular communication with management regarding sales progress and market trends.
  
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  
• Maintain records of leads, activities, and sales using CRM or company tools.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery and customer support.
  
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  
• Proven experience in sales/business development (Preferred but not mandatory for fresher).
  
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  
• Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
  
• Ability to work independently and handle client objections confidently.
  
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  
• Own vehicle (if field visits required) – optional.
