Job Description






We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive with at least 1 year of experience in sales or business development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:


  • Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.

  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and online research.

  • Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate lead and client information.


Client Engagement:


  • Contact potential clients to present company products and services.

  • Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations or presentations with the technical team.

  • Follow up with clients to understand their requirements and convert leads into business.


Sales Support & Coordination:


  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations as per client requirements.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (technical, marketing, and support) to ensure smooth client communication.

  • Assist in contract negotiation and closure of deals under guidance from senior management.

Education:

Any graduate with Master s degree in Sales/Marketing

2 to 4 years
