Role & responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

Sourcing Candidates

Use job boards, social media, and internal databases to identify potential candidates.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for current and future openings.

Screening & Shortlisting

Conduct initial resume reviews and phone screenings.
Evaluate candidates based on job requirements and company culture fit.

Interview Coordination

Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Ensure smooth communication and logistics throughout the interview process.

Candidate Engagement

Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Provide timely updates and feedback to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Vendor & Database Management

Update and manage applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and statuses.

Offer & Onboarding Support

Assist in preparing offer letters and coordinating pre-joining formalities.
Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Reporting & Analytics

Generate recruitment reports and metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source effectiveness).
Provide insights to improve hiring strategies.
